The Business plan includes $100 of usage every month, measured in dollars across everything you use:
- LLM — model inference, billed at the provider's public API list price
- Service fee — a flat 40% fee on LLM usage (no fee on compute)
- Compute — Cosmos compute time
Yes. Your included usage and any top-ups are pooled across your whole team — up to 50 seats on the Business plan, with no per-seat charge. Heavy users and occasional users draw from the same shared balance, so you never pay for seats that go unused.
A seat is any team member with access to your Augment workspace. The Business plan includes up to 50 seats at one flat price of $100/month — there is no per-seat charge. If your team is larger than 50, talk to us about Enterprise →
No. All paid plans exclude any AI training on your data as part of our Commercial Terms of Service.
We take security & compliance seriously. In addition to our rigorous encryption and access controls, we undergo annual SOC 2 audits. Visit our Security page to learn more, or head to our Trust Center to request additional details and reports.
All paid subscriptions are covered by the same core uptime and response targets described in our SLA and Support Policy. Support channels differ by plan:
- Business: Community-based support, plus the ability to file tickets via our support portal at support.augmentcode.com. Tickets submitted through the portal are handled under our SLA.
- Enterprise: Full SLA coverage with dedicated support on top of our standard commitments.
- Trials and beta use: Community support only; our SLA does not apply to trials or beta usage.
Usage top-ups that are not part of your paid plan are valid 12 months after the date of purchase.
Code Review is available on all plans and provides AI-powered code review for GitHub pull requests. Enterprise Code Review includes additional capabilities:
- Advanced Analytics: Dashboard showing reviews performed and comments addressed
- User Allowlists: Control which users receive PR reviews
