Add looptools but can find #8

I have already add looptools in the path ""/home/lhy/.Mathematica/Applications/FeynCalc/AddOns/FeynHelpers/ExternalTools/LoopTools" but use "LToolsLoadLibrary[]" it doesnt fin looptools
