Fix Wizard of Yendor stealing quest artifacts#7

This removes the biggest reason that players neglect to use their role's quest artifact. Players can now take advantage of their quest artifact's unique properties and abilities without the downside of losing it after waking Rodney, increasing the uniqueness of different roles. Quest nemeses are still able to steal quest artifacts.

Misspelled "genius". Typo in the transcription, not in the book.

Add page number citations for the first two passages and add three new passages. That brings the total for Small Gods up to 15 which is a bit on the high side, but they all seemed worthy. While in there, fix a transcription mistake in Lords and Ladies #7: "to" should be "be". And two fixes for Jingo #11's footnote, change "genious" to "genius", remove second "was" from "was, oddly enough, was one [...]". Also, add a comment about the Amazing Maurice. I've tried to bring the fixes37.0 entries about tribute fixes up to date. They're mostly minor and mostly neglected to include updates for that.

If you were on a level teleporter, the spoteffects() call after
the hero gets expelled could end up going to a new level and
freeing all the monst chains from the level you were originally
engulfed on.

The latter parts of xkilled() after the spoteffects() call would
then attempt to dereference the free'd monst pointer.
Save a copy of the monst struct prior to spoteffects() if you were
expelled, then point at the reference copy afterwards.

On GitHub issue 1090, Rhialto wrote: Hi! I am currently in the process of adapting the pkgsrc packaging of NetHack 3.6.7 to include the curses window option. A bit late perhaps...
