This repository contains the static website for SigProfilerSuite.

SigProfilerSuite is an open-source collection of computational tools for mutational signature analysis. The suite includes tools for generating mutational matrices, extracting de novo signatures, decomposing and assigning signatures, visualizing mutational patterns, simulating mutational landscapes, detecting clustered mutations, and studying genomic topography.
