My "import sublime; sublime.active_window().folders()" strikes me as a bit of a hack, not sure if there's a better way to do that.

Regardless, I think using absolute paths to project-relative files is a bad idea, so hopefully there's not too much contention on the intent of this pull request, at least.

User relative paths should now be supported in v3. Thank you!
