Describe the bug
The Ctrl+Tab MRU palette sometimes stays open after a fast press. Pressing Ctrl+Tab quickly and releasing Ctrl shows the tab switcher, but instead of switching to the selected tab it stays on screen until you press Ctrl a second time.

Expected behavior
The palette commits the selected tab and closes on Ctrl release.
