• simplifying rc -> final process: rc published as if it will be final.

remark:

• scientific community effort is on:
  • free-threading stable abi3t for 3.15 beta1
  • numpy-2.5 to be 5% more performant for free-threading than for multi-processing
• python-3.15 speed-up hopes:
  • lazy imports
  • 10% with tail call for 3.15 windows
  • 10% with JIT and internals
  • 200% with free-threading: 3x for parallelised loads
